Life is sweet layout | Mercy Tiara Kit Club | Take me home kit

Good morning everyone!! I got my September kit from Mercy Tiara kits last night and I had to dive right in! I made a quick unboxing, you can find that on my youtube channel, along with a process video for this layout too, just a heads up lol. But I really had to dive right in and make a layout, I have other layouts with Augusts kit still, but I wanted to play. So here is my first layout with this kit.
I knew what pictures I wanted to scrap, these sweet ones of one of my daughters and this sweet horse that she loves to feed, brush, and talk to. This is probably one of her favorite things right now. I didn't want a white background so I went for the Bazzil mint cardstock with the cute little dots on it. I added a little TCW shimmery goodness out of my stash, jutst to add some shimmer to the layout.
I cut little strips from one of the Simple stories papers and a strip from one of the Fancy pants papers and added them to the top and bottom of the layout.
I'm not patient, so I started to add layers behind my pictures, tuck things here and there. Add my foam adhesivce and cut some more strips to comeout to the left of my layout.
I pulled out some frames form the ephemer, simple stores frame packet and pinkfresh studio ones as well and tucked them in here and there. I added my title at the bottom, added a few more of those rubons, I love them by the way! They work so well!! The I pulled those sweet, beautiful sequins and started plavcing them all over my layout until I was happy and then I called this lauyout done! If you liked this layout and want to see a process video of how everything came together, check it out here and make sure you likeand subscribe so youll know when I put out more content. And if you have any questions feel free to ask!! Have a great day!!

So Cool Layout | Mercy Tiara Kit Club DT

Good morning, everyone!! How are you doing today?? The week is halfway over, are you happy or is it going to slow?? Well for me, scrapbooking helps a little bit with the wishing that the weekend was here already lol and having a new kit to play with, helps even more!! So today I am sharing my first layout with the June kit, Summer Vibes, from Mercy Tiara kit club. And oh man is this kit soooooo worth it! I went outside of what I normally do, no white background!! I think the only white on this layout is the mat for my photos!
I knew what photos I wanted to use, and that Pinkfresh Studio paper, Sun and Sand just yelled at me!! I wanted to use it as soon as I saw it. So, I grabbed it and started cutting it up. Right into the strips that were on the paper but taking out the white bits. I also love the Patina Bazill cardstock so I figured I would combine them. Honestly the most aggravating thing about this layout was my sewing machine! I ran out of thread in the middle of a line I was sewing and didn’t realize it at first, so I had to try and make sure to hit the same holes when I went back over it! Lol That was completely on me!!
Once I had that all under control, I ruffed up the edges of the paper with my nails and moved on to adding my photos. I pulled out the Simple Stories Retro summer bits and pieces along with Pinkfresh Studios floral ephemera and started to add those pieces as layers behind my pictures.
I added my title after that. This was an easy one and after making it a priority with last months kit to use the foam stickers, it was easy to do with this one too. I thought So Cool worked great for this little miss and the color was perfect too! After the title I added a few word strips and of course those beautiful sequins and called this layout done!

Blessed layout | Mercy Tiara kit Club DT

Good morning, everyone!! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty good, had to deal with some weather again so that sucked but were all here and that’s all that matters. I am still playing with the Mercy Tiara June kit, Brighter Days. I have been absolutely loving this kit!! I also thought I would use another one of the cutfiles you get when you get your kits too.
I decided to go with quite a few photos for this layout, 8 actually. Lol I went ahead and made them into photo strips so I could stack them a little and make sure to get them all on my layout without it being to over whelming. I sent my white cardstock through my silhouette, added a LOT of foam adhesive to the back of it and then backed it with that beautiful Pinkfresh studio, Spring Vibes, Soak it up patterned paper. I love this paper!! I rotated the paper so that the yellow part looked like it was coming out from behind where I wanted my photos to go.
I added that to the right side of my layout and then went to working on my photos and the clusters that I was going to put around them lol
I pulled bits and pieces from pretty much every ephemera pack or sticker sheet there was in the kit and ephemera add on. I had fun cutting things in half and sliding them here and there, layering other bits on top. I added foam behind the photos that were on the left and then added some foam stickers there too.
Once I had everything where I wanted, I pulled out my typewriter and did my journaling. I cut that all down and added it to the left side of my layout and then decided I wanted to add some of the enamel dots and then I called this layout done!
V√I hope you enjoyed this layout and I hope you come back and see what else I come up with. Make sure to head over the Mercy Tiara Kit club site, there are some of this kit left and you can also grab the new July kit, Summer Vibes!! Totally worth it!!

Amazing Girls Layout | Mercy Tiara Kit Club DT

Good morning all you crafty people!! I'm back again this weeek to share another layout made with the Brighter Days kit form the Mercy Tiara Kit Club!!.
I started this layout by picking my photos. I knew what ones I wanted to use, so I grabbed them. I pulled papers from the kit and started to back my photos anf get them in the configuration I knew I wanted and then remembered I had these beautiful cutfiles I could use!! Soooo, of course I pulled out my cutty machine, added the papers I wanted to use, patterned paper and some white cardstock and let it cut the rainbow and flower out.
I decided to put the rainbow on the left side of my layout and everything towards the top because of the way the girls were looking. It just seemed to fit for me. So I added the rainbos down, and then added the flower behind my photos to just add a little more dimension and I thought it looked nice too.
Once I had the area around my photos the way I wanted, I added my title, one of the large fome stickers from the Flea Market collection, I dont tend to use these but this year I have been trying to make my self step out of my own box. But it worked perfect for my title, along with some of the amazing thickers in the kit too!! I love these Eclair foam thickers!! I layered some of the little bits and bobs form the embellishment under my title and I thought I was done, but I decided to cut my layout down and add a boarder for some more color. I'm glad I did, I like it so much better. I also decided to run the edges of my white Cardstock threw my sewing machine and the rainbow too.
I popped up a few of the stars from the cut file and then added some Heidi Swapp gold color shine from my stash, added some of the beautiful exclusive sequins here and there. Pulled out my typewriter, typed up my journaling, added it to my layout and called this one good!! I hope you enjoyed this layout, and I hope you come back to check out more!! Make sure to check out my Instagram for more insperation, along with my Youtube TikTok facebook and the Mercy Tiara Facebook Group too!!

Today's Stories layout | Clique Kits DT

Good morning everyone! I took a break for a bit and didnt make any blog posts, but I thought I would go ahead and start up agian. Why now? I have no idea, especilly since we have been having such bad weather and there is more to come tonight abd I am not looking foeward to it at all. But my scrapping makes me happy and helps keep me distracted from the weather a bit. But I'm here today to share a layout I made with the Limited Edition Level Up kit. I really like this kit and I already have another layout to share, but that will come later. I like this kit so much becuase you can make complelty different looking layouts with the one kit. This layout, I used mostley the papers in the kit from Asuko Studios.
I liked thecolors and I wanted to go outside the gamer papers. I started this layout with my picuter and then pulled on eofthe papers, the one that looks like it has sun rays on it. I cut it in half and adheared it to the top of my page. I wanted more to it though. I thought it looked to plain, so I pulled a few other papers and cut some strips form a few differnt papers.
I have this thing, I like to add some texture I guess you can say, really I like to distress the edges of my papers. So, of course I did that to this layout too.
I knew I wanted my photo of my son on the lower left side of my layout, becuase of the way he's looking in the picture. So I decided to start adding some papers behind the photo and pop them up on some adhesive foam. I placed that down and started pulling all kinds of embellishments out from the kit. But first I had to add my black splatters on my layout.
Once I took a little snack break while my splatters were drying, I decided it was time to go a head and start adding my embellishments. In the kit there is a pack of Pinkfresh studio cardstock stickers and puffy stickers and thats where my embellishments came from. I started tucking lables and little pennents and puffy stickers here and there along the strips of paper I had placed down. I popped a puffy sticker up at the top of my photo. Today's Stories, I placed that for my title.
I grabbed my type writer and tryped up my journaling, cut it into strips and added ti to my layout and called this one done. I hope you liked this layout. Have you seen all the new goodies in the Cliqu kits shop?? I mean if you havent, you need to go check out the shop, so much goodness in there right now! The kit I used for this layout is there, along with an add on to go with it.

Hello everyone!! Sarah here, sharing another new layout using the Happy Hearts, sampler kit. I love this kit lol. I think I have probably said that a few times since I got it! I have been playing with different page sizes so far this year and this one is and 8.5x11 and it seemed to work out just right.
I started with a white background, I already had my photos in a little photo strip. I knew I wanted my photo strip towards the middle of my layout, so I went through my papers and pulled a few that I thought I wanted to play with. Once I did that I figured this would be a perfect layout for a to-go coffee cup. So I set out making that lol. Any way I can incorporate a coffee, I will lol.
I figured out how I was going to place the to-go cup with my photos. Knowing this, allowed me to know how much paper I could use adding my layers. I added two layers behind my photo and stuck my photo cluster and coffee down, typed up my journaling and added that below my photos. At this point all the things that I needed on my layout were there, so it was time to embellish and add some more pretty papers.
since it was time to play with more fun papers and stuff, I grabbed some of the papers I had pulled previously and cut some strips and added them to the top and bottom, then I decided since my layout was a bit heavy on the left side because of the to-go cup, I should add a little something more to the right. I cut a triangle out of the pretty floral paper and added it to the bottom right and then went to pulling a few florals to add.
I tucked a few little pieces of florals to the top and down at the bottom, tucked under my little triangle and called this layout done. I hope you liked this layout, I love it and can't wait to play with this kit more! Make sure to head over to the shop and check out all the new kits and pretty things!

Wonderful Layout | Clique kits DT

Good morning everyone!! How was your weekend? We had plans this weekend and that didn't happen because it rained and stormed, so we just changed out plans to some indo stuff and still had fun! But this morning I wanted to share a new layout with you that I made using the Sampler kit, Happy Hearts. I love this kit. I have played with it a few time and will keep playing with it till its gone! lol I mean come on, there are pretty papers, puffy stickers and pretty ephemera!
I ran my cardstock through my silhouette, I liked this big pretty ampersand and thought hey with the pictures I'm scrapping that it would work. lol. I backed the leafs in my cut file with some light green paper and then covered the rest with a light pink. I knew i wanted this to be a little more subtle, but still look good. I already had pulled a bunch of ephemera and fussy cut out some flowers to embellish with, so I already had a color idea.
Once I had the cutfile taken care of, I went to backing my photos. I added a white border and then color behind each of them do that they would pop. I played with where I wanted them on my layout, until I was finally ok with where they were sitting and adhered them down.
So at this point with all the pictures adhered down, I could start playing with my title and embellishments. I had pulled everything that went along with reading out of the ephemera and put it to the side when I started this layout, so it was all just sitting there in a cute little bowl for me. I pulled out the fussy cut flowers and tucked them under the edge of some of the pictures and then started adding the pretty books from the ephemera pack I added some of the fussy cut flowers to the top right, along with that cute little puffy sticker that said happy little moments, because for me it is lol, I love to read. I had pulled the word wonderful out from the ephemera pack and popped that up for my title. I printed out my journaling about my books and added that to my layout and I called this one done. I hope you enjoyed this layout, this kit is still available in the shop, along with so many other pretty things! Head over and check it out!

Happy Memories | Clique Kits design team

Good morning everyone!! How is your day going? It looks like rain today, so I'm hoping for some scrappy time! But right now I thought I would share with you another layout that I made with the Best day kit from the Clique kits shop. It's still available too!! So make sure to go check it out! I have made so many layouts and projects with this kit, its amazing and I love it! I al trying to use up every last bit of it. And this layout came together so easily.
I had a goofy pic of my son at the store with the peep he picked out and wanted, so I decided, even though my picture is in black and white, I knew that the peep was yellow. So, I decided to grab some of the yellow paper and ephemera pieces from the kit and use those, along with some pretty blues, oranges and greens. I added a small strip of grey down the right side of the layout, followed by a strip of the yellow plaid. This way I had a place where my photo would sit and I could build from.
Once I had done that, I knew I wanted a place to add some journaling about the shopping trip and the peep he found and brought home, but with this being and 8.5x11, I didn't want to take up too much room with my journaling and make it feel crowded, so I grabbed one of the pockets from the kit and a few of the tags that fix easily in it and added them as a layer behind my photo. That itself ended up adding some dimension lol. After my journaling was done, I started to play with the ephemera pieces that I had pulled. Tucking bits and pieces here and there. I wanted to use that happy memories tag as my title, just for the fact that this was a happy memory and the tag was cute!
I tucked in some other tags, floral pieces, word sticker and that cute chipboard BFF piece and moved on. I felt there was too much white space. I pulled some of the pieces of ephemera I had left, from what I had pulled earlier and started making little clusters out of them till I was happy with the way they looked. I added one to the top, with a sticker that said Photo op and a chipboard circle and then another to the bottom with little bits and pieces that were left over and cut off from pieces I had already used on the page. Yeah I like to try and use it all!! lol I decided to use some of my distressed oxide, mix two colors, pumice stone and black soot, and added some platters and that was it for this layout. I hope you liked this layout and make sure you head over to the shop and see all the beautiful kits there are!!

Christmas Hair | Clique Kits

Good morning everyone! I know its after Christmas, but I'm still working on Christmas layouts lol. Are any of you doing the same? Well this morning I'm sharing a layout of my youngest son and his hair cut for Christmas.
This boy usually like to keep his hair unruly and under a beanie, but for some reason he decided that he wanted to get his haircut before Christmas. And hey, if that's what he wanted, why not? I started my layout with the Holiday magic seasonal kit, with all that beautiful Pinkfresh Studio papers and embellishments. I took the four smaller pictures of my son and mounted them on a piece of white cardstock, with a bit extra at the bottom. I popped that up on some 3D adhesive and stated layering a few of the papers behind that.
I pulled a few of the other papers and a few dies I had and ran them through my big shot so that I had some sprigs to tuck in here and there. I went ahead with tucking those in on the left and right of the photo mount, but at this point it was just looking to plain with just the white background. I pulled out some other papers and tried them, but I wasn't liking it so I went back to the white background and decided to pull out my stencils and go through them.
I found an old crafters workshop stencil with different size dots in a circle and decided to use it. I put it in the middle of my layout when I had had the photos sitting and grabbed my distress oxide in candied apple and went to buffin it thought the stencil. Once I had decided I liked how far it went out I stopped and placed my photos and my layers back on top and stuck it down.
I didn't really want to add much more to it, so I cut out one of the tags, added a puffy sticker and a few twigs and called it good. I did try a few other things, but none of them were right. So I left it a bit planer, but I like that the pictures are front and center in this layout. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my layout! And make sure to head over to the Clique kits shop and look at all the pretties there are in the shop to play with!

December lits | Clique kits International design team

Hello everyone! I don't know about you, but I love to make lists. I make them all the time, everyday, but I make ones every month too. Sometimes they are just a reminder to pull out my camera and take some pictures, or something to push me a little further. Make me think outside the box. And I like this because sometimes it sends us on little adventures. December was a little different, we had a ton going on, family and health issues, so no real big adventures, but still Christmas fun, so I thought I would share my list and the way I decided to dress it up.
Usually I start out with my list and that's it, btu this past year I have been playing around a little more with how I do things. Why not dress it up and make it pretty? So I do that. I got the beautiful Holiday magic Seasonal kit and oh man was I looking forward to it! I love Pinkfresh Studio and this Christmas/Holiday collection was fantastic! I started by pulling some washi from my stash and running it across the top where I was going to put my title, then pulling the alphas from the kit and putting my title down. As you can see I started writing my list right down the left hand side of my page and then realized I didn't have to do that, I could lay a little with it if I wanted. So, I stopped what I was doing and started digging through the ephemer that came in the kit.
I pulled out everything I thought I would use, well really I pulled out everything lol. I started to layer pieces and play with how I wanted things laid out on my pages and started sticking them down. I distressed the edges and layered paper on paper, along with puffy stickers. And then I went back to writing my list. I'm not big on sharing my handwriting, not a fan of it or the mess ups I make but hey its part of it alot of the time right?
At this point this page was done and I could have left it at that but I wanted to still play with all the pretty thing and I had already taken some pictures of some of my decorations, so I decided to play on the next page too and add a little journaling.
So I moved to the next page, layed my pictures where I wanted them and started digging through my ephemera again. I wanted to have the washi on both pages, another something to bring them together so I pulled that back out and put it on the top and bottom of my page. Once I was done with that, I thought that the washi had made a great anchor for those cute little houses, so I distressed them too and stuck them down. I finished everything off by adding some of the gorgeous sequins that come in the kit and that was it. This really didn't take me long to make and I like how it turned out. I don't know about you, but sometimes I need to do something that is like a slate cleaner. Something that doesn't take much thought and you can just do freely. This, making my lists and decorating them, is one of those things for me. Is fun and relaxing and seems to rejuvenate me for scrapping when I'm having a block. Sometimes it's getting messy with mixed media that helps, other times its making my lists and making them pretty. What about you? What do you do when you have scrappy block?

Noteworthy | Clique Kits International DT

Good morning everyone!! I'm playing with my Happy Blooms kit today. I wanted to document one of my littles major haircut. And yes, for this one was major. I kinda didn't want to do it, but she wanted to so bad and it made her happy and didn't hurt anyone, so I figured why not, let her be her. So it happened lol.
I went to an app in my phone and made a photo strip and printed it out. I matted it on white cardstock and started pulling papers from my kit and playing with it. I love all the papers in this kit and it was so hard to decide, but I figured used a pretty floral print that had pretty much all the colors in it so I can use any of the other papers and it would look good lol. So I cut the floral paper down and grabbed the pink tone on tone plaid and punched a strip of that and slid it under the other paper and stuck it down.
There are so many embellishments in this kit too! So of course I grabbed those and stated going threw them, pulling all the little things I wanted to use. I had a huge pile, so everything didn't make it onto the layout lol. I started with that little pocket and placed it at the end of my pictures, this way I could stick a little hair in from her first haircut, Is that weird?
Then I decided to do a quick cutfile in white and pop it on my layout too. But I wanted more than just the white on white below my photos so I added another paper piece at the bottom of my photo and a light blue piece above it too. This made it really easy from me to slide in all the other little pieces.
I cut one of the frames from the ephemera pack diagonally and slid it behind part of the pocket on the left and then slid the other pieces on the opposite side to the pocket too. After that it was just playing with all the florals I had pulled out and tucking them in here and there till I was happy with it. I put one of the pretty butterflies up on the top too, and added a noteworthy tag to the bottom of the pocket that already had happy thoughts on it. and that finished this layout off for me. Thanks so much for checking out my post and make sure to come back and check out what all the other amazing design team members are up too as well. And always be checking out the Clique kits shop to see all the fun goodies that are there!!
