Hedgehog Slimline cards | CutCardstock DT
Hey everyone! I hope your week has started off pretty good!
Well today I wanted to share these two cute little fall cards with Hedgehogs on them! I think they are just too cute!
I created the base of my cards out of Cougar White Smooth CardStock, like normal. I also did all of my stamping on the same cardsrtock. This is my normal, I like the way the paper takes the different inks. Not just stamping but distressed oxide too, as you can see I made a background piece with distress oxide and a cloud stencil.
I colored all of my little hedgehogs,(these are My Favorite Things, Happy Hedgehogs), with my alcohol markers and a little white gel pen. I ran some patterned paper through my sizzix and created the scalloped edge and then ran Gingersnap cardstock through my sizzix as well with the dies to cut out the holes. I had to have somewhere for the cute little hedgehogs to go!
Once I had places all the hedgehogs, their logs, mushrooms and othere little things down I added some 3D foam to the back of the solid cardsotck and stuck it down.
On the green casrds I had chosen to use Gumdrop Green, I pulled out a few distress oxides from my stash and inked around the edges and stamped my sentiments and call these cards done!
I hope you enjoyed these cards and I hope you come back to see what else everyone comes up with!

Halloween coffee Panda cards | Cut Cardstock DT
Good mornig everyone!! How are you doing and are you ready for fall or haloween?? I sure am and have been. But here where I live we keep getting teased with fall but it keeps getting hot again :(.
Well this morning I wanted to share with you two cards that I made and ones a shaker!!
I used my normal base for my cards, Cougar Smooth White cardstock, I pulled the Halloween American crafts paper pad I got from Cut cardstock and matched some of the cardstock to it.
I ended up pulling Wedding cake, Gunmetal, and Orange Zest.
Once I had everything picked out and matched, things came together quite easily. I ran some of the Halloween paper throught my sizzix to cut out the coffee cups, the first one I turned into a shaker with some cute little punkins I had in my stash. I had stamped out some cute little pandas in the beging and I added one to the center of my shaker.
once I had the shaker put together I added a piece of patterned paper to the front of my card base and moved on to my other card.
This one wasn't a shaker, so it came together even faster. I went ahead and cut another coffee cup out, inked my panda with some distress oxide and drew some little stitches on him like Frankenstein. I inked the edges of my coffee cup pieces, glued everything together. Stamped boo on the coffee cup sleeves and call these cards done! I hope you enjoyed these cards and if youd like to see a bit more you can watch a quick video here on my Tiktok.

Waving Hi cards | Cut Cardstock DT
Good morning everyone! I have a fun and quick slimline card for you today.
I used the Cougar Smooth White Cardstock for my card base, along with the portion with the cutouts and for my stamping of my polar bears too. I love this cardstock because I can stamp on it, use my alcohol markers and it stays nice and smooth! And the other color I used is Pop-tone Sour Apple cardstock.
I used my Slim card Basics, creative cuts from Mama Elephant to cut my card out the way I wanted. I popped the white portion with the cutouts up so I could add some dimension and I wanted to make sure the clouds I inked on showed through too.
I added one of my little polar bears to the top hole and one to the bottom. Then I added a banner with my sentiment to the center one and called this card done. I really liked that this was a simple card, but cute!
I hope you liked this card and I hope you have a great rest of your week!!

My first Slimline cards | Cut Cardstock DT
Hello crafty people!! How are you this morning?? I hope your day is going well and I hope your up for checking out some new cards I made, My 1st Slimline cards actually.... and I'm pretty happy with them, if I do say so myself.
I started with one card. I had never done one of these and of course I would choose one that has soooo may things you have to pop out and then layer back in. But it was totally worth it!!
I started with Cougar White Smooth cardstock for the base of my card and then I thought I would also use it for the front portion of this card. I ran it through my sizzix, popped everything out and then moved on to cutting the next few layering parts out too. I wanted to go with a coral color and a pretty teal/blue color. So I chose Pearl canvas texture Aquarium, Wild Salmon and Beetle Black. I used these colors for both cards with a little different look in the end.
I started with black as the farthest back on this card. I then cut the salmon color and then the blue. Once I layered them, I found some little gems in my stash and added them on the end. Pulled two distress oxides out of my stash, one to match the blue and the coral colors I used, so that I could add them to the background on the base of my card. For the white card I used Saltwater taffy on the edges, glued everything down, placed the little black pieces in the latticing. Finished it off with my sentiment and moved on to the next card.
With this one, I started with a black base and black for the base of the front of my card too. I did all the same exact steps on this card, but with a different color order and salvaged patina distress oxide. Along with a different sentiment and colored jewels.
I hope you enjoyed these two cards, I have to say I really enjoyed making them and was so happy with the way they turned out, especially being my first Slimline cards I have made!

Pineapple Cards | Cut Cardstock Dt
Good morning everyone!! How are you this monday? I hope your week is starting good!
I wanted to hop on this morning to share a few new cards with you that I did. I couldn't help but use this cute pineapple stamp from Concord & 9th. I loved the fact that I could add so much color to it! And I did just that!
I chose the Cougar Smooth White cardstock for my card bases along with what I chose to stamp on. This paper just seems to be able to take the ink from the stamp, along with alcohol markers and distress oxides too.
I stamped both pineapples and thought I would try something different with each of them. The one that ended up on the yellow was done with distress oxide inks and I love the way the colors turned out, kind of a bit fall-ish looking, to me at least. To finish that cards I grabbed some of my Light Yellow cardstock, ran it through my sizzix with a embossing folder and then rubbed one of my distress oxides across the raised parts and then cut an circle in it large enough pop my pineapple up in and added my hello sentiment banner and moved on to my next card.
I figured with the first card, it looking fall-ish that I would continue on with that on this card but in different colors. So, I pulled out my alcohol markers and went to coloring in pretty light pinks, purples and some maroons and a bit of a different green too. Since I had went this route with it, I had the perfect purple in my stash to use. I grabbed my Hydrangea purple, ran it through my sizzix as well, cut a circle in it and popped up my pineapple, added my sentiment and called them done!
I hope you enjoyed these cards and I hope you come back to get some more crafty insperation!

Crazy Girl Layout for CutCardstock DT
Good morning everyone!! How is your week so far? Well I wanted to pop in here and share a new layout I made using beautiful cardstock from CutCardstock and Echo Park Teen Spirit collection.
Starting my layout, I went with the Cougar Smooth White Cardstock for my base. I already had my photos, cut them apart and matted them on different cardstocks, Hydrangea Purple, Aqua, and then Shimmer Fruit Punch. I matted each photo on a different color and sat them to the side.
I went through the papers in the collection I was going to use and pulled a few that I knew matched and would go great with the cardstock options I had already picked. I cut a thick strip of the one with fun emojis on it and then a little pink with white sprinkles. I layered them and added my photos on top but I wanted more. So I went through with cutting out some more circles and making some more embellishments.
I had used my circle punches to pop out a few circles from things from the collection and others from cardstock. I like purple and my daughter thought this layout could do with more purple so, I cut out a larger circle for the top side of my layout. I tucked it behind the paper strips I already had and tucked a little tag back there, a word sticker and a few little circles I'd popped out.
I like the way my layout was looking, but as always for me, I wanted there to be something more at the bottom. I pulled the same papers from the top and cut some strips and layered them at the bottom, tucking some cardstock circles in there and there, along with a few emoji faces. I added my journaling and title, a few more cut out circles and called this layout good!

You're My Favorite Friendosaurus card | Cut Cardstock DT
Good morning everyone, Sarah here this morning to share another Dinosaur card with you. I know I'm sorry, but I really like these little guys, but this might be the last one on the blog for a while, since I have some other things I wanted to play with. Now on my instagram, I can't promise lol.
As with most of my cards, I started with a base using Cougar White Smooth Cardstock. I had cut another piece of the same white cardstock down to a 4x5 1/4, this way my card would have a little white border. I laid it down on my desk, pulled a stencil from my stash and placed it where I wanted and secured it with low tack tape. Then I went to blending my Tumbled Glass distressed oxide and my Spun Sugar distressed oxide until I liked the way it looked.
I pulled out a die from my stash and cut one in the same white cardstock and another in Aqua, this way there would be another border between the patterned area and the dino itself. I wanted a little shading to the Aqua piece, so I grabbed my Tumbled glass distress oxide and blended some in on the sides.
I layered all my pieces up, really I thought I wanted the arches layered and coming from the bottom, but I changed my mind and decided I wanted them coming from the left side. Once I had those in place, I decided where I wanted my dino, ( My dinos were all stamped out on the same white cardstock). Then I stamped my sentiment, added some 3d foam behind my dino and stuck it down, then added a few little dots from my stash and called this one done!

Short Arms, Warm Heart card | Cut Cardstock DT
Good morning everyone!! How was your week? Happy it's friday? Well I am!! I want to get to some more crafting!! Speaking of crafting, I wanted to share another card with yall that I made. I sure have been on a card making kick lately, but that's ok lol.
I make the base of my cards out of Cougar white smooth cardstock, I also do all my stamping on the same cardstock as well. I do that because I love the way the stamping comes out, clean and crisp, along with the way the cardstock takes the distressed oxides in this case, and alcohol inks in other cases.
When I had stamped out my dinos, I pulled my glass mat and started to play with distressed oxides and my water brush, until I liked the way the dinos looked. I set them aside to dry and pulled my heart background die. I played with different colors to go behind the die cut and settles on Light yellow. I wanted a little more color so I pulled my mustard seed distressed oxide and blended it from the top and faded into the cardstock color.
Putting the die cut on the Light yellow cardstock and adding it to the card base, I didn't like my dino just sitting here with nothing, so I pulled some Aqua cardstock and cut out a circle that was large enough to put my dino on and make it have a home.
I added its little tree, made sure some of the grass could fit behind the dino and then popped the dino up on some 3d adhesive and added my little sentiment and called this one done!
